Wendy Holloway (pictured at right with her daughter, Giulia) has
a bachelor degree in French and English and a Masters in finance
and marketing. She has spent most of her life overseas and has lived
the past 20 years in Rome, Italy. Before pursuing her lifelong passion
in the food sector, Wendy was a vice president in international
banking and the owner of a baby products company. Her love for Italy
and its Mediterranean cuisine, led her to form Flavor of Italy.
For over a decade she has been pursuing her passion for the culinary
arts, through eno-gastronomical tours,hands on Italian cooking courses,
student programs and and more recently the newly opened bed and
breakfast.
All culinary vacations, cooking courses and student programs
have been designed by Wendy. Her hands-on approach has allowed
her to ensure each course is guaranteed to please its participants.
Wendy spends much of her time travelling through Italy looking for new and exciting locations. She welcomes your input and course requests so she can satisfy your desire for a dream culinary experience that will offer you the true Flavor of Italy.
