Owner Wendy Holloway (pictured left) has a Bachelor's degree in French and English and a Masters in finance and marketing. She has spent most of her life overseas and has lived the past 25 years in Rome, Italy. Before pursuing her lifelong passion in the food sector, Wendy was a vice president in international banking and the owner of a baby products company. Her love for Italy and its Mediterranean cuisine, led her to form Flavor of Italy.
For over a decade she has been pursuing her passion for the culinary arts, through eno-gastronomical tours, hands on Italian cooking courses, corporate & student programs and more recently the newly opened bed and breakfast.

All food vacations Italy, cooking courses and student programs have been designed by Wendy. Her hands-on approach has allowed her to ensure each course is guaranteed to please its participants.
Wendy spends much of her time travelling through Italy looking for new and exciting locations. She welcomes your input and course requests so she can satisfy your desire for a dream culinary experience that will offer you the true Flavor of Italy.
Our culinary classes Italy cover just about all areas of Italian cuisine with classes from beginners to advanced levels. In addition we also offer various specialized culinary programs:
· Students: We specialize in organizing custom culinary programs for students combining culinary studies with other educational disciplines including Italian language, art, history & fashion.
· Corporate: We offer various culinary programs to suit your business needs including culinary team building, incentive & reward trips or cooking classes & wine tastings.

We provide the very best in catering and event planning services for private and corporate clients in Rome. We are committed to excellence in the products we serve and the services we provide. Flavor of Italy uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients purchased from local farmers and producers. We can cater for your event off-site at your selected venue, or on-site at our venue in a country setting in north Rome.
