›› We work with providers in all these areas and can put you in touch with them or handle this for you directly.
Will I need a wedding planner?
›› Getting married in Italy is a special and memorable experience but it can be complicated. We work with an excellent wedding planner who can assist you with documentation, obtaining necessary permits and other paperwork.
Does Flavor of Italy have a minimum or maximum number of people for catering events?
›› No, we don't. Even if it's a special dinner for two we are happy to assist you.
Are buffet events less expensive than sit down dinners?
›› Not necessarily. It depends on the menu you select as an elaborate buffet menu can be more costly than a simpler sit down menu.
Are your menus standardized or can I select what I would like to have served at my event?
›› We do have standardized menus for our customers to choose from that reflect our experience in years of event planning. Our menus are also seasonal as we prefer to use fresh local products in our menus. On the other hand we welcome your input and are open to preparing customized menus for you.
My event budget is limited. Will that be a problem?
›› Flavor of Italy organizes events for every budget. It's important to let us know right away what your budget constraints are so that we can organize an event for you that is both special and affordable.
What is your policy on purchasing our own beverages?
›› It's not a problem at all. If you have your own special wines or cocktails you would like to provide we are happy to only cater the food.
What is your cancellation policy?
›› A 15% non-refundable deposit is taken up front. For cancellations of 7 days or less a 35% fee will be assessed. For cancellations over 7 days there is no charge over and above the initial 15% non-refundable deposit.
