olive ascolane, Flavor of Italy showcases Italy’s finest culinary traditions in the most charming spots. While currently offering culinary courses in 13 cities throughout Italy, we are continually exploring new locations.
Please also join us for wine tastings in Tuscany, the Umbrian black truffle festival, olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings and more! Cooking classes (both day and evening) and all-day and weekend getaways take place in charming locations within Rome or easily accessible from Rome.
Registration is now underway for fall cooking classes. Learn
all there is to learn about fine Italian cuisine in a series
of eight cooking classes. Cooking Classes for 2007/2008 will
be offered Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings. Other class
times and individual classes are available should there be
sufficient interest.
