oin us on Saturday April 8th for Flavor of Italy’s annual mozzarella production tour. We will head to the south of Rome to Latina to visit one of the major producers of both mozzarella and the world famous mozzarella di bufala. We’ll sample some of this freshly made cheese as well as it’s natural by-product: ricotta cheese. And, of course, there will be an opportunity to purchase some cheese while we’re there! We will then head off for a delectable lunch in a local restaurant followed by a visit to the lovely hill town of Sermoneta. Reservations and advance payment are required.
